Buying tickets

How do I buy tickets?

Pick a listing, choose your quantity, and complete checkout with your details and payment method. You'll get an order confirmation by email immediately.

Are prices per ticket?

Yes. All prices shown are per ticket. The full total, including any fees, is displayed before you pay — no surprises at checkout.

Can I choose my exact seats?

Each listing shows the section, row and quantity. Seats within a listing are sold together and are always side by side unless noted.

Delivery

How will I receive my tickets?

Most tickets are delivered digitally by email or mobile transfer. Listings marked "Instant" are available immediately after purchase.

When will I get my tickets?

Instant listings arrive right away. Others are delivered by the date shown on the listing, always in time for the event.

Payments & refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, and select crypto options at checkout. Payments are encrypted and processed securely.

What if something goes wrong?

Every order is covered by our Buyer Guarantee. If your tickets aren't valid or don't arrive, you get a full refund or comparable replacement.
