These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this ticket marketplace ("the Service"). By accessing the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. The marketplace
We operate a secondary marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of event tickets. We are not the event organizer, venue, or promoter, and unless stated otherwise we are not affiliated with them. Listings are created by sellers, and prices are set by sellers — they may be above or below face value.
2. Buying tickets
When you complete an order, you commit to purchase the tickets at the displayed price plus any applicable fees, which are shown before payment. Orders are confirmed by email. All sales are final except as provided under our Buyer Guarantee or as required by law.
3. Buyer Guarantee
Eligible orders are protected by our Buyer Guarantee. If your tickets are invalid, fail to arrive on time, or the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a comparable replacement or a full refund, as described on the guarantee page.
4. Delivery
Tickets are delivered by the method and date shown on the listing. Listings marked "Instant" are delivered immediately after purchase. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details for delivery.
5. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information when placing an order.
- Do not use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
